Looking for a retreat where you can explore the Saddleworth Countryside this property is ideally located for those country walks.

The space

The recently renovated accommodation comprising of Lounge with Smart TV, Free 4G WIFI*, Home Working Office, Country style dining kitchen with separate utility with washing machine and downstairs WC. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (with additional sofa bed to the main bedroom) both with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space, single loft room with hanging and storage space, modern luxury family bathroom with free standing bath, with separate rainfall shower cubicle.

Guest access

Check in time is any time after 3pm, and check out time is anytime before 11am. Early check in and late check out may be accommodated by contacting the host.

Other things to note

Parking is available for 1 car to the rear of the property. There is a garage for storage (please note that items are left at owners own risk) There is also a short term car park behind the Millgate Arts Centre.
